How to delete account?

1. Log in to the Onliner mobile app.
2. Go to Account. Tap Delete My Account.
3. Confirm your identity and proceed with deletion.

Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us via email: 📧 [email protected] We will process your request within 7 business days. 🗂️ Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion The following data will be permanently deleted: Profile information (name, email, phone number) Appointment history User preferences The following data may be retained temporarily for legal or operational reasons: Server logs and activity history (retained up to 30 days) Support tickets and communication (retained up to 90 days) Once your account is deleted, all personal data will be removed from our active systems and cannot be recovered.
